There was a huge lightning storm one night back in april of 2017. I couldn’t get a good view from where I was, so I drove down the road to the quarry. No, I didn’t go anywhere crazy to get these. I was just off the driveway shooting towards the quarry. That’s the Dave’s creek tower in the background there. It was posting these photos in a the largest Forsyth County Facebook group that got me banned and sparked the creation of what is now Forsyth Local. A group of over 35k members, an online business directory, and the LLC that I run all of my web and marketing work through.
